Yoga – Exploring the energies of the menstrual cycle
A conscious menstrual cycle workshop where we explore the physical elements of the cycle as well as the inner seasons and how your energy can feel different at different times.
We will also look at ways to embrace the energies of rest and creativity through the month with simple yoga, gentle breathing and relaxation to release anxiety, pain and tension.
Suitable for: 11 – 13, 14 – 17, Adults
