Kundalini Yoga
Yoga is for everyone. Yoga means union. A meditation between the mind, body and soul. It is not about flexibility, body size/image or physical ability.
This yoga session is for anyone who wants a deeper connection with being in the present moment by using body postures, focus of breath, chanting and eye gaze. You can do this yoga in a chair, sitting down or simply by being in the class.
By the end of the class, you should feel more in tune with what your mind, body and soul need. Sometimes that’s peace and sometimes that’s awareness of how to navigate through chaos.
