Ready to supply your evidence?

If you’ve got your Universal Credit evidence ready, click the button to upload it. If you’re not quite ready, read on to learn more…

How to Qualify

To be eligible for the low income discount, you need to provide evidence of your household income. This can be done in one of two ways:

    1. Universal Credit recipients: Click here to upload your evidence (see details on how to export the PDF further down this page)
    2. Tax Credits recipients: Send a scan or photograph of a Tax Credits letter that shows your household income to sales@hefestivals.co.uk

Important Dates

Tickets for HEFF 2025 go on sale on 31st August this year. To benefit from the low income discount, ensure your evidence is submitted and verified before purchasing your tickets. We will not be offering retrospective refunds once tickets have been booked.

How It Works

    1. Gather your Universal Credit or Tax Credit proof: See below for detailed instructions on how to export the necessary PDF from your Universal Credit account or take a photo of your Tax Credit award letter.
    2. Submit your evidence: click here if you receive Universal Credit. If you receive Tax Credits or need to submit some other form of evidence, email your proof to sales@hefestivals.co.uk
    3. Automated discount calculation: Our system will review your evidence and inform you of the discount you qualify for.
    4. Receive your discount code: You’ll receive a code that you can enter when you book your tickets that applies the applicable discount. This code will become active when tickets go on sale on the 31st of August to ensure fairness.

Get Ready

To make sure you don’t miss out:

      • Submit your evidence early to avoid any last minute rush.
      • Keep an eye on your email for your discount confirmation and code.
      • Mark your calendar for 31st August when HEFF 2025 tickets go on sale.
