How to Qualify

To be eligible for the low income discount, you need to provide evidence of your household income. For both Universal Credit Recipients and Tax Credits recipients, please email us at sales@hefestivals.co.uk

Important Dates

Tickets for HEFF 2025 go on sale on 31st August 2024. To benefit from the low income discount, ensure your evidence is submitted and verified before purchasing your tickets. We will not be offering retrospective refunds once tickets have been booked.

How It Works

    1. Gather your Universal Credit or Tax Credit proof: See below for detailed instructions on how to export the necessary PDF from your Universal Credit account or take a photo of your Tax Credit award letter.
    2. Submit your evidence: attach it to an email to sales@hefestivals.co.uk
    3. Receive your discount code: We will send you a discount code to use when booking your tickets. This code will become active when tickets go on sale on the 31st of August to ensure fairness.

Get Ready

To make sure you don’t miss out:

      • Submit your evidence early to avoid any last minute rush.
      • Keep an eye on your email for your discount confirmation and code.
      • Mark your calendar for 31st August when HEFF 2025 tickets go on sale.
