How to get Wi-Fi at HEFF2024

Great news, HEFF2024 will have an external Wi-Fi system to ensure you stay connected throughout the festival. Last year at HEFF2023 we faced challenges with mobile signals and limited on-site Wi-Fi. This year, we’ve made significant investments to provide you with better connectivity.

To make your experience smoother, we encourage you to purchase your Wi-Fi code in advance from our online shop. Once you have your code, you can add it to the device you plan to use it on as soon as you’re on site. Please note that each code is valid for one device only and refunds are not available due to the nature of the product.

You do not need to purchase the code from the device it will be used on. You can place one order for multiple codes, and then decide which devices to add them to.

Avoid the Rush: With 1200+ people arriving on the same day, purchasing in advance ensures you won’t have to wait in long lines at reception.
