Low income discount
Introducing our new low income discount scheme for HEFF 2025
We’re excited to announce a new and fairer way to provide low income discounts for HEFF 2025 tickets. This change has come about because we want to ensure that those who need it most receive the greatest amount of discount.
What’s Changing?
Our new low income discount will be based on your household income and ranges from 10% to 50% depending on earnings.
By adopting this tiered system, we aim to provide more significant support to those with lower incomes. Previously the low income discount was 30% for everyone.
How to Qualify
To be eligible for the low income discount, you need to provide evidence of your household income. For both Universal Credit Recipients and Tax Credits recipients, please email us at sales@hefestivals.co.uk.
Important Dates
Tickets for HEFF 2025 go on sale on 31st August 2024. To benefit from the low income discount, ensure your evidence is submitted and verified before purchasing your tickets. We will not be offering retrospective refunds once tickets have been booked.
How It Works
-
- Gather your Universal Credit or Tax Credit proof: See below for detailed instructions on how to export the necessary PDF from your Universal Credit account or take a photo of your Tax Credit award letter.
- Submit your evidence: attach it to an email to sales@hefestivals.co.uk
- Receive your discount code: We will send you a discount code to use when booking your tickets. This code will become active when tickets go on sale on the 31st of August to ensure fairness.

To make sure you don’t miss out:
-
-
- Submit your evidence early to avoid any last minute rush.
