Pre-orders and POD

With our new merch store launching this year we are implementing a new way of ordering HEFF merch. 

We are running a pre-order only period from now until July 18th 2024 where we are only accepting orders that can be collected at the festival. The merch store will then close until 29th August when it reopens for POD (Print On Demand) that can be delivered to your home.

Handy reference dates for ordering merch:

From now – 18th July 2024 – pre-orders only to be collected at the festival.

If you do not have tickets for HEFF 2024, please do not make a purchase from the online store during this period.

19th July – 28th August 2024 – the merch store will be closed

The store will be closed from 18th July until after the festival and will reopen on 29th August 2024 for POD (print on demand) orders.

29th August 2024 – June/July 2025 (date TBC) – POD orders only.

Print on demand orders can be placed during this time to be delivered to your home address. Please note, we can currently only ship to mainland UK addresses. This may change in the future if we are able to do so.
