Ensuring a Safe and Enjoyable Experience at HEFF2024
As we gear up for another exciting year at HEFF that’s looking to be the biggest yet, it’s essential for us to implement measures that ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, particularly our younger ones.
To enhance security and streamline the check-in process we have introduced a new digital ticketing system. Each ticket purchased has a unique QR code which will be scanned by our crew on the gate upon entry. This not only simplifies the check-in process but also helps us better monitor attendance and ensure that only legitimate ticket holders access the festival grounds.
Additionally, we noticed an increase in the number of attendees who misplaced their wristbands last year leading to unnecessary inconvenience for both them and our crew. To avoid such issues this year we are introducing a new style of wristband and we kindly urge all attendees to take good care of them throughout the week. Your wristband serves as your access pass to the festival and you are required to wear it at all times.
We appreciate that navigating ticketing procedures and wearing wristbands can pose challenges, particularly for those with sensory sensitivities. Please rest assured that we are committed to making HEFF an inclusive and welcoming environment for all, and we will make every effort to accommodate those affected by sensory issues.
