HEFF2022 Feedback Report

The HEFF board of directors use the feedback forms to listen to what our community likes and dislikes about our festival. HEFF is a community led organisation and the thoughts and opinions of our attendees have a direct impact on the decisions being made about what the festival should look like and how we should move forward.

We would like to urge future attendees to complete the feedback requests and let us know what you think so that we can implement new ideas and changes that our community wants to see. During the festival we have a suggestion box in the office and feedback forms are sent out by email shortly after. Please make use of these so we can get a better picture of what people want and expect from the festival.

From the 36 people who responded after HEFF2022, 100% were adults. We intend to make it easier for children to give their feedback in the future. We would also like to increase the amount of people who respond.
