Changes to Carer’s Ticket Entitlement

Following feedback from our community we have made the decision to revise our carer’s ticket policy.

If you are in receipt of Carer’s Allowance, Personal Independence Payment, Disability Living Allowance or the Scottish equivalent benefits, you may be entitled to a free carer’s ticket.

Please read the new policy to check your entitlement and contact us with your evidence (this can be an award letter) if you would like to book a carer’s ticket.

If you have already booked your tickets, please contact us so we can arrange a refund. We want all of our community to benefit from the change in policy wherever it applies.
